Corey Campbell is a short story writer whose work has appeared, or is forthcoming, in The Gettysburg Review, Colorado Review, The Rattling Wall, Anderbo, Conte, Gulf Stream, The Coachella Review, Necessary Fiction, Pithead Chapel, and The Chamber Four Fiction Anthology, among other publications. Her work has been performed at the New Short Fiction Series in Los Angeles, and has been nominated for both a Pushcart Prize and a Best of the Net Award.
Ms. Campbell teaches fiction at a prison in Florence, Arizona and works for the Creative Writing Program at Arizona State University. She has an MFA from the Warren Wilson MFA Program for Writers, and a BFA in Film from New York University. She is completing her first collection of short stories, entitled National Park Rustic.
Bonus details: Ms. Campbell has taught in Nanjing, China; Hino, Japan; and New Orleans, Louisiana. Though she currently lives in Phoenix, she often considers Los Angeles home.
